Mayo or Miracle Whip? That’s the question!

Sometimes you just need to set aside all the daily activities, thoughts, duties and stress and think about something totally inane. Like my question for today – Mayo or Miracle Whip. Personally, all my life I have been a fan of Miracle Whip. Often when presented with a sandwich or salad made with Mayo I would turn my nose up and gracefully decline. Well, tried gracefully anyway – sometimes I was a little too obvious. Recently I was introduced to a really tasty mayo – Duke’s Mayonnaise. Some friends came to Kiev this summer and brought Duke’s Mayo with them. Fortunately, there was a half a jar left over and it didn’t make the trip back to NC. Needless to say, that half jar is now history.

You may be wondering just what in the world I am doing blogging about mayo. That’s a good question! I’m on vacation traveling today, and headed to the USA and thinking what I want to bring back to Kiev – Duke’s Mayo or Miracle Whip. Perhaps both – just in case. Or maybe some of the other Duke’s products – like fat free mayo or no cholesterol mayo. Definitely want to bring back some of their Tartar Sauce.

So now I ask you – which do you prefer – Mayo or Miracle Whip. Try Duke’s it’s been around since 1917. They are definitely doing something right!  http://www.dukesmayo.com
